You could win an amazing two week African Road Learning Trip to East Africa. The lucky winner will experience stories that will change and encourage them through experiencing the beautiful green hills of Rwanda, warm culture of Tanzania, or drumming and dancing in Burundi. See and learn how incredible local leaders, in partnership with African Road, are impacting communities in East Africa. Top notch lodging, wonderful meals, and expert guidance are all included. With powerful, first-hand experiences, this is a trip like no other.
$100 per ticket = a chance to win a place on an African Road Learning Trip team.
What you need to know (raffle rules):
- Only 250 tickets in total will be sold during this raffle!
- You must be in Oregon at the time of raffle ticket purchase
- Drawing will be on Sun, May 4th at approximately 5:30pm.
- Trip is valued at $5,500
- The winner will be drawn and announced during event program, and contacted by phone and email. Winner does not need to be present at event to win.
- Trip Date Details, the winner will choose between:
July 2025 and July 2026 (dates to be determined) to Rwanda, Burundi, and/or Tanzania
- Purchases made for raffle tickets are not tax deductible.
Responsibility of traveler:
- International airfare, comprehensive travel insurance, required vaccinations and travel medications, any alcoholic beverages.
- Willingness and ability to fully participate in African Road team travel experience
- A current passport good for more than six months after travel
Please note: Travelers can be denied participation at the organization’s discretion for reasons of health, safety, or legal considerations. In such a situation, the $100 will be refunded and a second drawing will be conducted. Special approval from African Road needed for travelers under age 18, and minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, joining at the retail cost of the trip.
